Digital Content Policy

All purchases of digital content (e.g., PDFs, videos, courses, memberships) are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, due to the nature of digital goods.

Exceptions

• Duplicate charge or accidental double purchase.
• Technical failure preventing access for >72 hours after support contact.
• Fraudulent transaction proven by the payment processor.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time before renewal. We don’t provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
